1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the winnerz website, mobile application, or any related service (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the winnerz Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

winnerz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the winnerz Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winnerz, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling services, whether through winnerz's own self-exclusion program or any applicable national self-exclusion registry.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.

winnerz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the winnerz Platform, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify winnerz immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

winnerz is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. winnerz may suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active winnerz account. If winnerz discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and winnerz reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Payments

winnerz accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued)

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. winnerz does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.

winnerz reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with AML requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• winnerz aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the payment method information, subject to verification requirements.
• winnerz reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of bonus wagering compliance.

Any fees associated with withdrawals will be clearly disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request. winnerz will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

winnerz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• winnerz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the winnerz Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. winnerz will not reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a manifest technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, winnerz's server records shall be the definitive record of the outcome of any game round or bet.
• winnerz uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in professional studio environments.
• winnerz reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Maximum win limits per game session may apply and will be disclosed in the relevant game rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winnerz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward winnerz staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

9 Responsible Gaming

winnerz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered winnerz players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your net win/loss position.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently.

10 Privacy & Data

winnerz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winnerz will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the winnerz Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of winnerz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of winnerz.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winnerz and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

winnerz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winnerz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

winnerz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination for cause, winnerz reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting winnerz support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the winnerz Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

winnerz operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

15 Amendments

winnerz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winnerz will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
